Co-enzyme Q10: This is an antioxidant that is usually found in a lot of cosmetics. It helps against premature ageing, boosts your energy levels and is important for maintaining good heart health.
Vitamin D: Most women use sunscreen lotions to prevent damage from the sun’s rays but in the bargain, they don’t get enough Vitamin D in their body. Since Vitamin D helps in preventing certain types of cancer, it should be a part of your daily intake. Without it, you can’t even process the calcium in your body.
Vitamin E: Another supplement that is usually an ingredient in beauty products and lotions, it helps in the development of red blood cells and maintains cell membranes. Sunflower seeds and wheat germ are foods rich in this vitamin and should be consumed regularly.
